Fans have been eagerly awaiting news of the property show's future after its debut on Netflix in June
Netflix has revealed the future of its latest property-focused show, Owning Manhattan. The series, which centres on Ryan Serhant's New York City firm SERHANT and its ambitious team, debuted on the streaming platform just two months ago and was viewed for over 8.5 million hours in its first week.
The 40-year-old property broker, who featured in Million Dollar Listing New York for nine seasons on Bravo, added that Tricia Lee, Jess Markowski and Nile Lundgren's stories will be further explored in the next season, reports the Mirror. "Ryan Serhant and the entire cast and production team put their souls into making an unforgettable series that combines compelling business, extraordinary production values and endless heart."
This enthusiasm was echoed by Chloe Tucker Caine and Jordan Hurt of Owning Manhattan in a Yahoo interview. Tucker Caine praised their boss: "He's the best person to work for, ever," and detailed his dedication, "He's the type of boss where if you text him, no matter what time of the day or night, he answers everyone in the company. I could not ask for a better boss and mentor.
