. The 14-track Capitol Records album features new vocals from Diamond on fresh interpretations of such beloved hits as"I Am... I Said,""Song Sung Blue,""America,""You Don't Bring Me Flowers,""Love on the Rocks" and"Sweet Caroline." The set, recorded at Abbey Road in London and Diamond’s L.A. studio, was produced by Grammy-winning producer/arranger Walter Afanasieff and co-arranged by Afanasieff and Grammy-winning conductor/arranger William Ross."Neil Diamond is simply one of the most important vocalists and songwriters in the history of popular music, and this majestic new album shines a beautiful spotlight on some of his greatest works," said Steve Barnett, Capitol Music Group Chairman/CEO in a statement.
