Col. Celerino Sacro Jr., Pasig City police chief, identified the suspect as “Kim,” 33, a dishwasher at the Pasig Mega Market.
Upon opening the door of the woman’s apartment, he saw the victim’s body covered with blood on the bed with her personal belongings on the floor. The results of the cursory forensic examination stated that the “victim sustained stabbed wounds in her body, with one nine inch-long kitchen knife, including the handle, entrenched on her neck.”
He claimed that Kim confessed to stabbing and killing the victim when he went to his work at the Pasig Mega Market at 2 p.m. on June 8.
