Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo and five others were injured after the official was shot while distributing aid at his residence in Pamplona, Negros Oriental, police said Saturday.
Police Regional Office Region 7 spokesperson Police Lieutenant Colonel Gerard Ace Pelare said Degamo was entertaining beneficiaries of the 4Ps program in Barangay San Isidro when a group of individuals wearing pixelized uniforms and in full battle gear shot him, according to a report
