A Nebraska Youtuber who bought a former missile silo in York, Neb., is now accused of negligence that led to the death of a man who was helping renovate it.According to a lawsuit filed in Douglas County District Court, Mary Arkfeld is suing YouTuber, Andrew Flair, 26, and three of his companies in Omaha, Neb. for the negligence that led to the death of her husband.

Arkfeld claims in her lawsuit, filed in Aug., that Flair's negligence caused the death of her husband, Joeseph M. Arkfeld, 55, back in Dec. 2022, at Flair's abandoned missile silo.
