Philippine National Police-Intelligence Monitoring and Enforcement Group chief Brig. Gen. Ronald Lee on Wednesday identified the rogue policeman as Patrolman Orlando Perez, 43, who lives in Marikina City.Elements of PNP-IMEG, NCRPO and Special Action Force apprehended Perez after he was caught in the act of using a recovered motorcycle near his residence in Marikina City at 4:50 p.m.
Lee said the motorcycle was owned by a drug suspect who was arrested during an anti-drug operation in Marikina City last April 5.
