The positivity rate refers to the percentage of people who were found positive for COVID-19 among the total number of individuals tested.Meanwhile, the average daily attack rate in the region decreased to 0.71 per 100,000 population, he said.“Testing in the NCR has decreased to just 38 per day per 100k, the lowest since 2020,” Guido said.
