Malik Monk scored 45 points off the bench and De'Aaron Fox added 42 points and 12 assists as the visiting Sacramento Kings pulled off a 176-175 double-overtime victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday.
Giannis Antetokounmpo exited with 1:13 left in the first quarter due to a right knee injury. He finished with four points, four rebounds and four assists in just six minutes. Brook Lopez scored 17 and grabbed seven boards, Grayson Allen dropped 16, and Jae Crowder scored nine points in his Bucks debut and first game of the season. Meyers Leonard also made his Bucks debut, adding five points and six rebounds.
Kenyon Martin Jr. topped the Rockets with 22 points despite missing all three of his 3-point attempts. Houston shot just 11-for-35 from beyond the arc. TyTy Washington Jr. chipped in with 15 points in his first NBA start for the Rockets.After struggling all night, Jalen Brunson hit the tiebreaking basket with 42.1 seconds remaining and visiting New York erased a 19-point deficit en route to a victory over Washington.
Young scored 34 points, going 14-for-15 from the foul line, and added nine assists. Murray had 25 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Saddiq Bey scored 19 for his most points since joining the team at the trade deadline.
