Patay na nang matagpuan sa isang tubuhan sa La Carlota City, Negros Occidental ang isang 15-anyos na babae na dalawang linggo nang nawawala.
Sa ulat ni Aileen Pedreso sa GMA Regional TV One Western Visayas nitong Huwebes, sinabing nakita ang naaagnas na bangkay ng biktimang si Pearl Joy Galve, nitong Miyerkules sa tubuhan sa Barangay Cubay.Kuwento ni Jennifer, nakapasok pa sa eskuwelahan si Pearl Joy, na grade 10 student bago nawala at nag-text sa kaniyang pinsan na samahan siya sa tanghali.
“Nang nandoon na sa paaralan, nag-chat daw siya na sabi niya, ‘samahan mo naman ako mamayang tanghali kasi magkaka-motor na ko mamaya.’ Ang kaniyang pinsan, 'di sumama sa kaniya,” sabi ni Jennifer.May mga saksi na nagsabi na nakakita umano sa biktima sa crossing ng Abunan sa Barangay Sum-ag na tila may hinihintay.Ang La Carlota Police, hinihinala na sa ibang lugar pinatay ang biktima at iniwan lang sa tubuhan ang bangkay nito.
Tumutulong na rin ang Bacolod City Police sa paghanap ng mga CCTV footage upang masundan ang mga lugar na pinuntahan ng biktima, at pag-track maging sa mobile phone nito.
