La demanda por difamación del ex supervisor contra Grecia Figueroa llega un año después de que ella lo demandara por presunta agresión sexual y acoso
En las horas inmediatas después de ser acusado de acoso sexual y agresión, el ex supervisor del condado de San Diego, Nathan Fletcher, insistió en que las afirmaciones en una demanda de una especialista en relaciones públicas eran completamente falsas.
Figueroa también acusó a Fletcher y a su esposa, la secretaria ejecutiva de la Federación Laboral de California y ex legisladora estatal Lorena González, de intentar intimidarla. Dijo que González se comprometió a 'ir con todo' contra ella y 'quiere sangre' si el caso de acoso sigue adelante. Braner pareció no verse afectado por la urgencia planteada tanto por la demandante como por la demandada.
