After his coaching career came to an end midway through 2021, Buckley turned to commentary and has been widely praised for his insights on Fox Footy’s coverage.Nathan Buckley has hit back at claims his commentary is biased.“ don’t commentate, seriously, you can’t be unbiased at all, how is an ex-coach and player aloud to be commentate on his ex-team,” the fan said on Twitter.“Pull up, mate. I call the game as I see it. Crows were great for a lot of the game and I love where they are going.

“I’m a Freo supporter and watched the game today, Bucks was balanced on his commentary and genuinely one of the more insightful comms guys going around,” another added. The 32-year-old required multiple rounds of surgery and had a setback when the arm became infected early in his recovery.
