A NASCAR driver’s car flipped six times in the air in a frightening wreck during a race on Saturday.
The race itself halted for nearly 12 minutes after the red flag emerged.
Perkins, who drove the No. 02 car in the race, collided with fellow competitor Dexter Stacey and was lifted in the air as a result of the crash. Stacey and Buford were also eliminated from finishing as the three ended 34th, 35th and 36th in the race.
