NASCAR is reportedly facing a lawsuit as it heads into championship weekend.

Noah Gragson leads Trevor Bayne from the pole position on the first lap of the NASCAR Xfinity Series auto race at Homestead-Miami Speedway, Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022, in Homestead, Fla. That’s probably not something most people have considered to be an issue, but at least one group apparently does think it is a problem.

Per the report, Rev Racing works with NACAR’s Drive for Diversity program, and has helped produce alumni such as Kyle Larson, Bubba Wallace and Daniel Suarez. ON3 says the lawsuit calls for an investigation for “illegal discrimination against white, male Americans,” and targets the diversity driver development program and the diversity pit crew development program.
