Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has been doing a good job of expanding its cast in more significant ways compared to the first part of the Naruto sequel. Starting from a new attitude and amazing set of powers for its protagonist, Two Blue Vortex also revealed new, incredibly powerful villains, and put the spotlight again on characters such as Sarada and Mitsuki.
The Three Most Narratively Important Characters Have Been Revealed Boruto, Kashin Koji, And Eida Take Center Stage ✕ Remove Ads Kashin Koji revealed that there are certain people called Singularities who know of the future and can steer it to a good outcome. These people are Boruto, Kashin Koji, and Eida. To be a Singularity of Fate, one must possess knowledge of the future and the ability to guide it toward a positive timeline.
✕ Remove Ads While it is not surprising that Boruto is one of the Singularities of Fate, it was unexpected that Eida would also be one of them. She doesn't fit the description of someone who would be helping out in saving the world, as she has demonstrated a selfish personality thus far. However, given how empathetic she is towards Boruto's situation, the series has some wiggle room to turn her into a hero or an ally of Boruto, at the very least.
