Naperville News Digest: Trick-or-Treat event being held Oct. 21 at Safety Town; forest walk and tea ceremony at Knoch Knolls planned; Islamic Center holding Fall Fest, open mosque day

The Naperville Junior Woman’s Club will host its annual Trick or Treat event from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at Safety Town, 1320 Aurora Ave. Children 12 and younger can dress in costume and collect treats from different vendors set up through the miniature town. There also will be activity stations and local businesses handing out toys, coupons, stickers, candy and other items. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at www.napervillejuniors.org.

Open to adults 18 and older, the cost is $15 for residents and $23 for nonresidents. The Naperville Park District event is presented with support from the DuPage Foundation. Knoch Knolls is located at 320 Knoch Knolls Road. Registration is required. Go to www.napervilleparks.org/calendar. The Islamic Center of Naperville’s fourth annual Fall Fest will be held from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at the ICN 75th St. Masjid, 25W530 75th St.
