Tony Jay Saunders, 25, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, was spotted driving the big yellow ride erratically with flashing headlights in the parking lot of a Rite Aid in Dillsburg on Tuesday morning, Cops soon determined Saunders had swiped the bus — but when they pulled over, he allegedly hit the gas and went swerving at high speed into an embankment, according to cops.
