This comes as part of a cold front we are currently facing in Cape Town that adds disruptive rains and strong winds to the equation.
As a big hurdle for many travelling the N2 inbound, the Spine Road off-ramp is currently facing closure due to flooding. Motorists are advised to use an alternative route. These teams also saw to overnight incidents, and have been given shout-outs by motorists who have driven down the N2, expressing that officials were helping those affected by the weather.
