The Memorial Day weekend forecast include more chances of rain.
While thunderstorms can't be ruled out on Wednesday, there's a greater chance of them on Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.Strong thunderstorms that include gusty winds are possible on Thursday after another day of warm, humid conditions on Wednesday in New Jersey, forecasters say.
Heavy rain could develop Thursday afternoon and persist into the evening with potentially multiple rounds of storms, the National Weather Service said. Storms could fire up after 2 p.m. in the Atlantic City, Trenton and Camden areas and after 5 p.m. in the Newark area.Showers and thunderstorms are also possible in the overnight hours into Friday due to the slow-moving cold front.Wednesday’s forecast calls for warm, sunny conditions with highs in the mid to upper 80s, though scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible late in the day in northwestern New Jersey.
There are chances of rain Saturday as well as Sunday night and Monday.
