The owner of a suitcase containing RM500,000 in cash has not come forward, but police have obtained fingerprint samples for analysis.
PETALING JAYA: The mystery owner of the suitcase filled with RM500,000 in cash has yet to show up, but police have managed to obtain various fingerprint samples.
“He gave various excuses for not meeting the police, including being outstation and having to attend meetings,” he told a press conference at the Petaling Jaya police headquarters yesterday. “He is required to go to the police station to provide proof of ownership and to give his statement for the investigation.
