New details continue to come forward surrounding the death of Boeing whistleblower John Barnett.

Turkewitz said he last spoke to Barnett the night before. He claimed he was in good spirits and was set to get a good night's sleep. Barnett was found dead in his truck at a Holiday Inn right off Savannah Highway in Charleston.
We did not have any indication that he was under tremendous stress to the point where he would take his own life," Turkewitz said. He was looking forward to completing his deposition and then driving back home to Louisiana and seeing his family," Turkewitz said. "It was a total shock to us when we found out what had happened.
