A masked rapper who claims to be a top flight footballer has got music and football fans racking their brains over his real identity. Known as DIDE, the artist has so far released three music videos with one of them amassing over one million views on Youtube.
The song is filled with metaphors, similes and wordplays referencing football with stars like Foden, Neymar and Harry Kane getting a mention. However, some lyrics have had many fans speculating about what position he plays, his age and his team with lines like "lately my heads been all over the place. A lot of times it could have gone left and I could have got benched cause the play weren't great.
