GEORGE TOWN: At least 2,000 visitors are expected at the myStarjob Fair and Star Education Fair 2023 on the last day of the event at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre on Sunday (June 11).

This comes after a roaring start on Saturday , when more than 2,000 people visited the booths and attended career and education talks.

The career and education fairs attracted various multinational companies and small and medium-scale enterprises and 100 booths were taken up by private universities and colleges with twinning programmes in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. With the results of the SPM just announced, many parents accompanied their children and could be seen scouting around the booths for the best universities and colleges which offered competitive rates.

The booths are expected to be full today with many of the students signing up to further their studies in higher education centres of their choice.
