After lots of talk of a potential trade, the Browns have shut it down, stating they will not move Garrett, but Garrett has made it clear where he stands.

"As a kid dreaming of the NFL, all I focused on was the ultimate goal of winning a Super Bowl -- and that goal fuels me today more than ever," Garrett wrote. “My love for the community of Northeast Ohio and the incredible fanbase of the Cleveland Browns has made this one of the toughest decisions of my life. These past eight years have shaped me into the man that I am today.

Garrett is the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, and is still only 29 years old despite being one of the NFL’s best players over his last eight seasons in the league. Any move out of Cleveland would rock the AFC North and the NFL at large.
