My mum can be quite body conscious but told me that she felt 'confident' in this dress
My mum has always sworn by the fashion brand Roman, so much so, that she's even purchased her mother-of-the-bride dress from the popular retailer. I get married in September, and I thought finding my dress would be the biggest challenge, but it turns out that my mum has been struggling.
On the Roman website, the full product description reads: "Be the best-dressed guest at your next special event in our sophisticated chiffon dress. Cinching in the waist with a detachable tie belt, this floral print style has a hi-low hemline and frill cape detail on the front and back to give added drama to the look.
In the model photo, the dress has been paired with some ivory heels like these Forever Comfort® Corsage Heeled Sandals for £42 pair from Next. However, my mum is planning on wearing the dress with some bold electric blue heels for my wedding in September for a pop of colour. One shopper said: "Perfect for a family wedding. I knew exactly what I wanted and after six months I found it here! Flattering and floaty. I've teamed it up with silver sandals and clutch."
