Bakugo, Todoroki, Midoriya, Uraraka, and Kirishima sit on the grass and relax happily.
Summary My Hero Academia introduced a new class of first-year students at UA in chapter 428, but these first-years all share one thing in common: an unwavering respect for the students who came before them and participated in the final war. It's this respect and admiration which sets the new class apart in a distinct way, and shows how the world of heroes is improving.
While repairing and cleaning up the city, the new students make their appearance once more, to apologize for their earlier behavior. This cycle of inspiration is key to fixing the problems that the villains highlighted in hero society. Society was simply too dependent on a small number of heroes to take care of everything, and people weren't taking the actions that they could to help. While the citizens being inspired to help out and clean up their own city is a great first start, it's these new first-year students who really represent the hope for the future.
The new first-years aren't concerned with reaching the top; they just want to help out, and that's a far better approach. It's the first sign that things are changing in society, and that means great things for My Hero Academia's future.
