Despite fans being unwilling to let the series go just yet, My Hero Academia is nearing its final chapter very quickly and its upcoming spin-off may be the perfect consolation.
According to a post on X by WSJ_manga, My Hero Academia will be receiving a new spin-off by Yoco Akiyama in issue #35 of Shonen Jump which will be released next week on Monday, 29 July. The spin-off is titled Connect to the Day and will be 16 pages long. Little else has been revealed about what the spin-off will entail or what its story will revolve around, but hopefully, the spin-off will allow fans to savor the series a little longer before My Hero Academia's final chapter comes around.
My Hero Academia Announces One Final Spin-Off The Upcoming Spin-off Will Be Created by Kohei Horikoshi’s Assistant The upcoming spin-off will be created by Horikoshi's assistant Yoco Akiyama, who has also been in charge of many of the franchise's previous spin-offs like Endeavor's Mission and Deku & Bakugo: Rising. It is difficult to guess what the spin-off's story will be about judging from the title alone, but needless to say, the spin-off is in safe hands.
