Services for pregnant women need to be overhauled in Northern Ireland, a review finds.
That is the finding of a review that was called for after the death of a baby in Lisburn seven years ago.
A review was recommended by a coroner who had ruled on the death of baby Jaxon McVey after failings at the Lagan Valley hospital in March 2017.
