Not surprising, his first request to the MTA’s Traffic Mobility Review Board was that all commuters who use the Holland and Lincoln Tunnels or the George Washington Bridge should receive a credit for those tolls to offset the congestion pricing charge. The letter was sent Thursday by email, U.S. mail and submitted on the MTA website.
