Murder charges filed in southwest Houston fatal shooting
A man has been accused of murder in connection with the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old Nov. 17 in southwest Houston.
Flores was pronounced dead around 2:15 a.m. Nov. 17 in the 9700 block of Country Creek Drive, near Bissonnet Street, according to the Houston Police Department. Witnesses said several people tried performing first aid on him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The second group of men then confronted the first. Davis-Woodard is accused of putting Flores in a headlock and then shooting him once in the head.
