Muntinlupa City’s active COVID-19 cases rose to more than 3,600 after recording over 1,000 new cases in one day.

Muntinlupa City’s active coronavirus disease cases rose to more than 3,600 after recording over 1,000 new cases in one day.

Of the 3,625 total active cases, Bgy. Putatan has the highest with 818 followed by Poblacion, 557; Ayala Alabang, 446; Alabang, 439; Cupang, 407; Tunasan, 386; Sucat, 288; Bayanan, 202; and Buli, the smallest barangay, 82. In the last seven days, Muntinlupa recorded 2,973 new COVID-19 cases as its confirmed cases jumped from 28,992 on Jan. 8 to 31,965 on Jan. 14.
