Need a companion this Valentine’s Day? The Muntinlupa City government, through its Office of the City Veterinarian (OCV), will be holding pet adoption and pet painting programs on Feb. 11 at the Alabang Town Center.
The Muntinlupa City government, through its Office of the City Veterinarian , will be holding pet adoption and pet painting programs on Feb. 11 at the Alabang Town Center.There will be 18 dogs and eight puppies up for adoption. In addition, vaccination and microchipping will also be done.
The OCV has been holding pet adoption programs. It urged the public not to buy pets and instead adopt them and assured that pet adoption will go through the proper process.
