A Munster man is charged with several felonies after putting a GPS tracker on his ex-girlfriend’s car, records show.
Thomas L. Rayburn, 59, was charged Tuesday with two counts of stalking, one count of unlawful surveillance, and two counts of invasion of privacy.Court records show he was on probation for prior convictions for stalking and invasion of privacy with the same woman. Rayburn stalked her from May 10 to Sept. 6, documents show.After they split in February, Rayburn kept showing up where she was.
She was leaving a church parking lot on Aug. 6 where her kids when to school when she spotted Rayburn’s car. Police noted on Aug. 24 that she had a GPS tracker on her car. The woman believed Rayburn put it on her car when she was at work the day before.Advertisement
