A state filing shows locally founded Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to lease two floors at 2000 McKinney Ave.
Since 2016, the 21-story McKinney Avenue high-rise, now called Texas Capital Center, has been owned by German-based Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.A filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows the firm plans to lease 42,000 square feet in Texas Capital Center, located at 2000 McKinney Ave.The firm is slated to move into the 19th and 20th floors of the building, the filing shows.
