A mumbling madman viciously attacked a 66-year-old woman on a Brooklyn street Sunday afternoon in an apparently unprovoked assault that put the victim in the hospital, police said.Street and Hubbard Place in East Flatbush about 4:45 p.m. when the unidentified thug — who had been talking to himself seconds before — walked up and started kicking her and punching her in the head, according to the NYPD .
