ASN Reform Scotland have organised a gathering at George Square in September to demand more help for parents.
A Scots mum whose 12-year-old son has attempted suicide four times will be taking part in a protest to demand children with additional needs get better support.
Kirsty said that Kyle was pulled out of school in primary 7 after attempting to take his life four times. Top news stories today "We went from two full-time wages to one full-time wage. He was with us 24/7 because he wasn't able to cope with being in school. It was the psychiatrist who said he needed to be pulled out.
Kirsty believes she is just one of many parents who are facing these issue across the country and it is hoped that the George Square protest will be their biggest to date after a successful demonstration outside Holyrood earlier this year.
