An NYPD spokesperson told NBC New York that the annual parade, one of the world's largest gatherings of the Caribbean diaspora, doesn't appear to be the target of the shooting that left at least two people in critical condition.An investigation is ongoing and a suspect hasn't been arrested, NYPD officials said at a news near the Brooklyn Museum. Authorities are searching for a gunman in his 20s who was wearing a brown shirt with paint stains on it, as well as a black bandana.
