A Georgia-based food company has recalled 62,550 pounds of its fully cooked, eight-piece cut, bone-in breaded chicken, the USDA said. Suzanna’s Kitchen issued the nationwide recall due to “misbranding and an undeclared allergen.
” The product contains soy, a known allergen that was not listed on the label. The Food Safety and Inspection Service said it is concerned the mislabeled chicken may still be in restaurant refrigerators or freezers.
