Rick Gates is still cooperating with federal prosecutors in “several ongoing investigations” and isn’t ready to be sentenced yet
, lawyers for special counsel Robert Mueller and the former Trump campaign deputy said in a court filing Friday.to the U.S.
District Court in Washington doesn’t offer any additional information about the extent of Gates’ cooperation, except to request another 60-day delay before checking back in with the federal judge who ultimately will sentence Gates.Gates has been cooperating for more than a year with federal prosecutors since he pleaded guilty to financial fraud and lying to investigators.
