JOHANNESBURG - The DA in Gauteng is accusing Premier David Makhura of failing to make good on his promises. The party's Gauteng caucus leader, Solly Msimanga, says this year's State of the Province Address is a repetition of previous ones.Premier Makhura outlines plans for Gauteng "Same old, same old, we're hearing nothing new. I can give you a lot of examples, he spoke about the aerotropolis something we spoke about 10 years ago. He spoke about Rosslyn... there's nothing new," said Msimanga.
"The thing that was very revealing is towards the end of his speech he says if we do things right we can achieve a lot even using 2010 prices... what he's admitting is we have bloated prices...and we are now asking what are you doing about it?"
