Participants aged 45-54 years made up nearly a third of the group, followed by those aged 55-64 years , and those aged 35-44 The estimated prevalence per 100,000, was highest for Whites at 374.8 , followed by Blacks , a prevalence higher than previously reported, then non-Hispanic other groups , and Hispanics at 161.2
