MRT Line 1 met objectives, but issues need addressing, says AG’s Report

THERE are several issues regarding the management of MRT Line 1 that needs to be addressed even though its objective of delivering an effective, efficient, integrated and safe option to commuters has been achieved, said Series 3 of the Auditor-General’s Report 2018. The audit entailed the assessment of the line’s management from December 16, 2016 to January 31, 2019, focusing on the performance and management of the rail system.
