We are so trying this!
The coronavirus pandemic is upon us, and many of us are having to work from home or, at the very least, spend a little more time behind closed doors. If there is one positive that can be drawn from self isolation it is that it's come at a time that it is traditionally associated with spring cleaning.
Earlier this week a woman posted a picture of her limescale-ridden kettle asking the other members: “How can I get rid of this in my kettle please? It’s only about 4/5 months old this kettle but I keep getting a big build up of this…” The delighted user the next day then posted before and after images of the kettle, alongside the caption: “Lemon juice, leave for 1 hour, add small amount of water boil and all the limescale starts to go!!”
