Under President Biden, production of natural gas has risen, both nationally and in Pennsylvania.

While 2022 recorded less gas production than 2021, it still saw more gas produced than at any time during the Trump administration. So, while the pipelines were being built, the gas was still flowing. Pennsylvania, the second largest natural gas-producing state after Texas, exports about 80% of its gas for consumption in other states and internationally.

And how are those gas companies doing financially? Try checking the profits of the largest producers over the last few years. President Biden has not slowed the production of natural gas. He is attempting to redirect our attention to healthier, renewable sources of energy. It is a process that needs to happen.
