) - Mobile police say Joseph Hart was arrested Saturday after he allegedly attempted to steal clothes from the Walmart store on the Interstate 65 Service Road. Investigators say he earned a robbery charge when he threatened store employees with two baseball bats.

I-65 Service Road. They say they discovered Hart had entered the business, took clothing items into a changing room and put them on before walking back through the store.
