Police identified the suspects as Michael Abad Capinpin, 43, a businessman, and a resident of Paraiso St., Sampaloc, Manila. Operatives of the Intelligence and Warrant Section nabbed Capinpin along Road 10 St., Sampaloc, Manila at about 5:20 p.m. on Monday.Operatives of PS-4 MPD also apprehended Edward Valmonte Untalan, 43, unemployed, and presently residing in Manga St. Sampaloc, Manila.Untalan had a warrant of arrest for qualified theft with a recommended bail of P90,000.
