Colorado may be craft beer country, but a new festival coming to Denver in September is hoping to capitalize on the thirst for a different drink.
Seltzerland is a nationally touring event dedicated to the most basic of the bubbly beverages — you guessed it, hard seltzer. It stops through the Overland Golf Course on Sept. 10. Seltzer is known for being lower in calories than beer, but at this festival, there will be more than 100 choices for drinkers, according to an announcement Wednesday. That includes big-name brands like White Claw and Topo Chico Hard Seltzer as well as local favorites like Oskar Blues’ Wild Basin. Other attractions include a DJ spinning live and games such as seltzer pong and cornhole.
