ISTANBUL, TURKEY- JUNE 3: Fenerbahçe's new coach Jose Mourinho answered questions at the press conference on June 3, 2024 in Istanbul, Turkey.
According to Sabah, the 'Special One' is eyeing a move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.The Danish midfielder has fallen down the pecking order in North London and could be looking for a new club in search of regular minutes. “The first person that contacted me was Mario Branco which we know he’s Fenerbahce’s sporting director, that was my first contact with club. That was the trigger for my attention, trigger for my interest in becoming coach later,” Mourinho said.
