Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto led the inauguration of the motorpool division building at the Rescue Emergency Disaster (RED) Center on C. Raymundo Avenue, Pasig City on Tuesday, May 16. ManilaBulletin

The mayor was joined by Vice Mayor Robert “Dodot” Jaworski Jr., city councilors, local government officials, and members of the city’s motorpool division under the Office of General Services .The building will serve as the central repair and maintenance facility for vehicles being used by the local government in order to ensure their operability and functionality before and after their deployment.

The three-storey building features a repair and maintenance area for the vehicles, furnished with a two-car lift system, on the ground floor. Sotto said the local government has gradually become confident in streamlining its procurement processes, making it more transparent and corruption-free.
