Phoenix police officers were called around 10 a.m. to the area of Cave Creek Road and Sweetwater Avenue for a crash that involved a motorcycle rider and a car.
According to police, the man driving the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman driving the car was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. The identity of the man who was killed, as well as the identity of the woman driving the car, has not been released. free 12News+ app
