The Steelmen have struck a season-long loan for the striker
Motherwell have eased their striking crisis by completing the loan signing of former Hibernian and Kilmarnock striker Oli Shaw.
Theo Bair and Joe Efford were the only first-team forwards at the club, but Motherwell boss Stuart Kettlewell has moved to bring in Shaw - who played under his at Ross County - ahead of tomorrow's transfer deadline to bolster his options. Kettlewell told the club website: “With the injuries we have had to deal with in the forward areas, it was evidently clear we needed to strengthen before the window shut.
“I know him personally and know his attitude towards the game. He wants to impress from the off and get regular minutes under his belt. That’s the determination we need from him."With hard work, he could flourish this season.”
